New York City

In December 2017, my Mom, twin sister, and I visited New York City for our annual birthday trip! This one was really special because visiting NYC has always been a dream of mine! So, buying a new wardrobe was so important because it was New York City and I was so excited. I purchased about 5 new styles and a pair of brown suede booties.

When planning my New York style, a movie starring Jenifer Lopez came to mind (Maid In Manhattan), which meant I had to find a white coat. There's something about NYC that made me dress sophisticated, but no one told me about the sitting down part on subways and tour buses. Maybe next time I might have to rethink wearing white in NYC because of the not sitting down thing. It was pretty funny. White however makes great photos against New York City Christmas decorations. Christmas time in New York City is the best!

You know, I was the girl who was running all over Manhattan in suede booties and a white coat to ABC Studios trying to catch the View Show.

ArtHouse Hotel New York City

We stayed at the ArtHouse Hotel New York City just a few minutes from Central Park on the Upper West Side. It's a boutique hotel with a roof terrace and amazing city views. We rode the subway into Times Square a few times to catch a Broadway Show and visited Radio City Music Hall to see The Radio City Rockettes perform.

What better way to celebrate a birthday than to visit one of the greatest cities in America. I can say that my birthday wish I made years ago for years did come true. It was a blessing to have experienced Christmas Time and a Birthday in NYC!
